Crystal Bridges Wedding . Blakely + Alex

Welcome to the story of Blakely and Alex. The couple that is loved by everyone they come in contact with. If one thing is true from all the speeches I got to hear, these two are the life of the party, genuine, loving, and true friends to anyone they meet. I met Blakely the night that Alex proposed, at the top of Hunt tower over looking all of Rogers. Through the months following I really had the chance to become friends with both of them as we talked wedding day ideas, photos everyone wanted, the feel and vibe to the day they were excited for. As we got close, timelines got longer and more complicated, and every vendor became more aware of the big event we were about to go through. It was going to be one for the books for sure. As I entered into this day I will say some stress and some anxiety was setting in as I came to realize I was going to be leading the largest, most high profile wedding I have ever shot lead. I had a team of three this day with a group of vendors all on board to make this amazing for the sweetest couple.

As I entered the room of bridesmaid on Saturday everyone was pumped and ready to get Blakely and Alex married. The girls were listening to music, laughing, doing makeup, hair and just have the best time. As the day kept coming everyone kept smiling even in the midst of the heat and all the moving parts. There were tears of joy from all family, friends and guests. The reception was one of the most elegant and gorgeous sets of florals and designs I’ve ever seen. The reception was more than a reception - it was a PARTY. This group of family and friends know how to get down, and don’t get me started about the band from Kansas City and the amazing DJ from right here in Arkansas. Go enjoy one of the most amazing weddings, couples, and group of vendors I’ve had the pleasure to shoot with and for. A special thank you to the Amanda Reed Weddings team of girls and my two shooters, Jared (who had a very long week and still came out and crushed everything) and Miles for taking time away from family.

To Blakely and Alex, thank you once again for not only trusting me to help you both on your wedding day with capturing the stories you want to remember forever, but also allowing me into your lives as more than just the photographer. You both are kind, genuine, and truly care about those around you. Thank you for blessing me with such an amazing day of work, and such amazing clients I get to now call friends. Enjoy your honeymoon!
