Forest Engagement . Gretchen + Matt

The days have stopped having dates. The world seems as though it is on hold. One day we will all wake up and realize it’s no longer February. The world has continued outside of our house walls. The spinning did not stop. The seasons continued. The sun is lingering longer. It is then that we will find out how we have survived, how we have invested. It is then that we will realize how monumental this time has been with those we are close to. It is then that we will recognize the delegacy of being hugged. It is then that we understand the importance of a handshake. It is then we realize; love is what matters. It is those we surround our self with that shape our mental and physical wellbeing.

I was able to wander outside of my walls to realize that spring has sprung. The world seems more at peace, and this peace and this quiet Gretchen and Matt were able to live in their relationship. They were able to laugh, and cuddle, and wander through some woods. It was such a pleasure seeing Gretchen again as we were once colleagues. It is fun to see her with the man that supports her. A man that loves her that desires the best for her! Congratulations on your engagement, and I can’t wait to document your big day together!
